\nDiagnosis: Liposarcoma (Sa) of the retroperitoneal space on the left pT2bpN0M0G4 gr III.
\nSurgical treatment was performed to remove the retroperitoneal tumor, remove the kidney and adrenal gland, remove part of the large intestine, and resect the L2 vertebral body.<\/p>\n
