\nHe came to me after several operations, when he was actually sent home to die.
\nDuring the day, the volume of ascitic fluid was + 450 – 500 ml. This case gave an understanding that ascitic fluid, no matter where it accumulates, cannot be removed either with the help of diuretics or with the help of fluid pumping. Ascites can be removed only with diarrhea, when the body is kept on the verge of dehydration and rapid weight loss. But for this, it is necessary to stop any absorption of fluids through the intestine, maximally ensuring the formation of endogenous fluid from the reversible reaction of carbohydrate fats. In the first half of the year, our food was cabbage mash, goat whey and bread soaked in it. Part of the whey nutrition was fed into the body through the skin.
\nThese procedures were performed up to 8 times a day.
\nCastor oil, oil and honeysuckle juice were a blocker of absorption of fluids in the intestines and a provocateur of diarrhea. The basis of the carbohydrate filling for nutrition through the skin was Japanese sophora honey mixed with goat serum.
\nWarm baths with added sea salt were taken daily. After two months, the accumulation of ascitic fluid was already 150 ml. day. Testing was done by measuring input and output over three days. After 5 months, the fluid balance in the body was completely balanced. The saving grace of fate and the resource of youth was that the hemoglobin did not fall below 95. His mother and sister did not leave him for a minute and all this time supported him with memories of his childhood.
\nFor the first 4 months, I had great doubts that he would survive all this.
\nWe lost 25 kg in six months. and he began to weigh 67 kg.
\nIt was also a resource of youth, when before the disease his weight was over 90 kg.<\/p>\n

More than 5 years have passed since the end of our course of treatment. It is not for nothing that I paid so much attention to ascites, because it is a condition that is often more difficult to defeat than oncology, although they are related like Siamese twins.
