Sarcoma. Alveolar soft tissue sarcoma. Metastases to the lungs. Z. Anna A.

Z. Anna A. – 23 years old.
Diagnosis: 2010. Alveolar sarcoma (Sa) of soft tissues with metastases in both lungs.
Since the tumor formation in the right gluteal region had spread to the iliac wing, it was impossible to perform surgical treatment.
Completed a palliative course of chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It gave a slight improvement in lung metastasis. Surgery was performed on the soft tissues of the gluteal region, without insertion into the ilium. She underwent an additional course of radiation therapy. She was discharged home for observation.

We started treatment according to the RVB-1S method in January 2011. The duration of the course of alternative treatment was 18 months. In the process of treatment, another additional course of chemotherapy was carried out in parallel, aimed at blocking the development of metastasis to the lungs. I took measures to regenerate scar tissue. Bolotov’s method was used, which he developed for gangrene during frostbite.

During the treatment, the metastases completely resolved and the maximum reduction in oncological risks was achieved.

In 2020, the BGS-15 test marker was made, which showed a 2-3 level of violations out of seven, with a slight oncological risk.

Over 28 years of work, treatment statistics have been formed
method of alternative oncological care RVB-1S.
0,1,2 stages – 100%, stage 3 – 60%, stage 4 and incurable – 30% of patients fully recovered.
